Swami Chidananda sez:

"We never take time to step out of life's stream, to stand on the banks and observe life.  If you observe life, you may get a better understanding about it and its flow. "
"You must stop for awhile and ponder life.
You must pause a little from ceaselessly being
rushed.  It takes time. Mechanical routine having all the outer frills but empty of content inside takes us no further, no higher. The very purpose of the day has been lost."

Massive march protests string of hate crimes against Trans and Gay people (DC indymedia version)
Tuesday, 20 March 2012
Summary: Starting a little after 7PM on the 20th of March, a crowd that appeared to be in excess of 1,000 people marched in DC against the recent string of beatings, "robberies" and outright murders of Gay and esepcially Trans people in DC.

The march proceeded East on Irving Street, scene of some of the crimes, one of which left a Gay man in the hospital with a broken jaw after an assault that lasted over three blocks of pursuit, according to a speaker. Present in the march was the mother of a Trans woman who was murdered on East Capitol Street. These murders of Trans folks seem to attract far less attention from the police than things like shoplifting at Neiman-Marcus does.

At the intersection of Ga Ave and Irving street, a "Radical Queer" contingent including some people who work with Occupy set up an shrine with candles and posters of one of the Trans women who was murdered. Similar shrines may have been left at other intersections according to a poster on Twitter, I can only confirm the one I saw at Ga Ave and Irving.

At this point, police started pushing some of the radical Queer folks, trying to prevent them from gaining control of the northbound lanes of Ga Ave. There was some unnecessary roughness, the police would have shown more respect if it was the conduct of some of their own at a memorial for a fallen officer in questions!

As the march proceeded down Ga Ave towards U st, the police aggression seemed to die out, and the march finally passed west on U st. A left turn took the march south on 14th st-past the Black Cat where at large candidates for council were having a candidates forum. They were challenged to come out and show some respect for the fallen, but not one of them did. Finally the march turned west again on R st, finishing up at 17th and R street.

To reinvent my social life in postmodern America

Hey everyone, In my zeal to reinvent my social life in postmodern America, I have discovered the Temple of Bliss in San Francisco http://www.templeofbliss.com.  As you know, I published "Not Confusing the Political with the Personal" on the NYC IMC recently, and I am really really really asking everyone to fully grok how we have to be intelligent in regard to the fact that we are NOT direct action machines for anybody or anything! We all need to be fully there for one another, which means that the entire individual is respected, not only the aspect which is politically active.

Yo, I'm glad that the public appreciates my 40 years of radical activism in all of its manifestations, but I'd like the public to stop shopping for two minutes, and appreciate that if it weren't for the radical environmental and peace & justice frontline participants, the general public wouldn't have a future worth a shit on earth.

Thanks for listening, contact me anytime, let's give and receive more love for ourselves,

The Art of Tantric Sex

A global matriarchal civilization will wish to have blissful relationships between men and women.
Tantric sex is in accord with all of the other vedic-upanishadic scriptures, in particular the Shakta tradition and way of life.  Worship of the Divine Warrior Goddess Kali, or "Kali Practice", recommends tantric sex for complete harmony and the final liberation of the devotees.  OM AIM HRIM KLIM CHAMUNDAYAI VICCE

"Allahabad is one of the most sacred cities in India, wherein the purity lies in the belief that after creating the world, Brahma, the great creator offered his first sacrifice at this place; and also because of the important position it holds according to theHindu scriptures for possessing the holy confluence, known as Triveni Sangam, of the three sacred rivers of India--Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati."

This is a callout to all tantric practitoners of the Shakta
tradition and our friends, to we who are active in radical
environmental direct action, and participate in attenuating peace
and justice campaigns, in opposition to the psychotic patriarchal
plutocracy.  While the full realization of a matriarchal global
civilization continues in the dark phase of the Kali Yuga, there is
an incredible opportunity for us to assemble together at the
Triveni Sangam at Allahabad, India in January 2013.  If not us,
who?  If not now, when?  OM AIM HRIM KLIM CHAMUNDAYAI VICCE

Daily Zen

Why do I, who broke
So completely with this world,
Find in my body
Still the pulsing of a heart
Once dyed in blossom's hues?

This reflects the entire psychosis of patriarchy! As I have been
saying since my spiritual journey to India in 1994, the vedic-
upanishadic teaching is that the creation is from a Divine
blueprint, which is founded on a matriarchal social system for the
humanity. In the larger Indian cities, the insane chaos exists side by side with harmonious households which function beautifully because three generations of women manage them. The men are
socially equal, and active in society.

However, it is a matriarchal social system...hence "Mother India". When this is not
followed, disaster happens. This is philosophically what the natureof the problem is.

N.B. Since I left the D.C. Occupy camps in late January and
returned to California, this has been discussed seriously. I don't
know if anybody here is going to be back for the March 30th Phase
Two--Spring Offensive; we cannot decide if it is worth it. Besides,
at 62, I need a wife, and am causing everybody fits here in my
social networking attempts...how can I ignore this, and still be
realistic in frontlining the denoument of the plutocracy? You tell
