ninth day of the brignt phase of the moon), in the lunar month of Chaitra.
That would be at midnight April 1st New Delhi time. Washington D.C. is 10-1/2 hours ahead...and thus Ram
Navami begins at 1:30PM March 31st.
Given the fact that the D.C. Occupy Movement--Phase Two: Spring Offensive kicks off on March 30th in Lafayette Park, across the street from the White House,
AND
that the Kalki Avatar appearance is obviously due soon, in the present dark phase of the Kali Yuga, the fact that the festival celebrating the birth of Rama coincides, is hella auspicious.
