I'd Like to Leave the D.C. Homeless Shelter and Go Somewhere Enjoyable

Just like last year, the dragon fights in the sky during the national kite festival were accompanied by thundering taiko drumming at the Sylvan Theater stage next to the Washington Monument, on a bright sunny day at peak bloom.
