ReplyDeleteBeyond all those, CLS, is it not our Gaian selves? - bipedal mammals -- now realizing our primate limit: the combo of intelligence and a hardwired (wetwired?) value system dedicated to competitive rising in hierarchies. I don't think humanity biologically can escape it.
